Trump Uses “Bloodbath” Again, This Time He Means It Like They Say He Does

Former President Donald Trump has embraced the wave of misinformation the left buried his recent “bloodbath” comments under when he referenced the economy last month. Trump, standing behind a sign reading “Stop Biden’s Border Bloodbath,” leaves little doubt as to the meaning of his words this time.

At a campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, earlier this week, Trump called illegal immigrants “animals” and accused enemy nations of “sending prisoners, murders, drug dealers, mental patients, terrorists” and “pumping migrants across our wide-open border.”

“The Democrats say, ‘Please don’t call them animals. They’re humans.’ I said, ‘No, they’re not humans, they’re not humans, they’re animals,’” Trump told the crowd as they packed into a conference room. More than 100 Trump supporters, unable to get into the room, waited outside in the rain for his motorcade to go by.

Alyssa Bradley, the Biden campaign’s communications director in Michigan, attempted to “warn” potential voters that Trump would be politicizing the recent string of high-profile murders of Americans at the hands of illegal immigrants ahead of his rally.

Trump also repeated his “Bloodbath at the Border” theme in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where supporters stood in the falling snow for three hours for the chance to hear him speak.

According to FBI statistics, violent crime in the United States decreased again last year, continuing a trend of decline following a spike during the pandemic. In Michigan, violent crime reached a three-year low in 2022, while Detroit, the state’s largest city, reported the fewest homicides last year since 1966.

But that doesn’t give progressives a legitimate point of argument. It just makes the violent deaths and assaults committed by illegal immigrants even more disturbing.

In a tragic and heart-wrenching case, Ruby Garcia, a 25-year-old woman from Michigan, was found dead on the side of a Grand Rapids highway on March 22. The circumstances surrounding her death are alarming. According to the police investigation, Ruby was in a romantic relationship with the suspect, Brandon Ortiz-Vite. Shockingly, Ortiz-Vite confessed to shooting her multiple times during an argument. He then callously left her lifeless body by the roadside and fled in her red Mazda.

Former President Donald Trump weighed in on this horrific incident, mistakenly referring to Ruby Garcia as a 17-year-old, which is factually incorrect. Ruby was, in fact, 25 years old at the time of her tragic demise.

Democrats are more concerned with Trump’s misrepresentation of Garcia’s age than the horrific facts surrounding a death that should never have happened.

Brandon Ortiz-Vite, a citizen of Mexico, had previously faced legal trouble. He was deported following an arrest for drunken driving.

Trump was criticized for once again commenting on the horrific death of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley, killed in March on the same day as Garcia’s body was found along the Michigan roadside.

Riley went for a run in broad daylight near the UGA intramural fields. Her body was later discovered, and Jose Antonio Ibarra was arrested and charged with several serious offenses related to her death. These charges against Ibarra include malice murder, felony murder, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, kidnapping, hindering a 911 call, and concealing the death of another.

Ibarra kidnapped Riley sometime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., causing severe head injuries with an unspecified object. The Athens-Clarke County coroner’s office confirmed that Riley died from blunt-force trauma to the head. Ibarra is also accused of preventing Riley from calling 911, dragging her from the intramural fields to a secluded area, and hiding her death.

More violent incidents are occurring as illegal immigrants test the boundaries of criminal activity in the United States.  U.S. border agents have observed a disturbing pattern among migrants attempting to enter the United States unlawfully: they are increasingly aggressive with law enforcement personnel. In New York City, a situation escalated when at least seven individuals were taken into custody for assaulting two NYPD officers outside a migrant shelter.

Democrats point out that the percentage of illegal immigrants killing U.S. citizens is small. It raises the question: what percentage of murders by people who never should have been in the country to begin with is an acceptable one for progressives? Those left behind would argue that there is no acceptable percentage.

Trump is doing what he does best – using liberal misinformation to get under their skin. While his “bloodbath” comment involving a collapsing economy was deliberately misinterpreted for the sake of Team Biden, these comments regarding Biden’s deadly border crisis leave no room for misinterpretation.
