The Federal Bureau of Investigation has just declassified an intelligence report that could dramatically reshape the narrative around the 2020 election. According to the report—now in the hands of the Senate Judiciary Committee—Chinese operatives may have attempted to influence the election outcome through a scheme involving fake mail-in ballots.
FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed that the agency had obtained credible intelligence in August 2020 indicating the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had manufactured fake U.S. driver’s licenses. These were allegedly intended to facilitate fraudulent mail-in ballots that would benefit then-candidate Joe Biden. The agency also admitted that the intelligence was not properly vetted, and instead, it was pulled—just as then-FBI Director Christopher Wray was publicly testifying that there was no evidence of foreign interference.
That same month, U.S. Customs and Border Protection intercepted nearly 20,000 fake licenses—an incident that now appears far more significant. The timing raises serious questions about whether the suppression of the report was politically motivated and why federal law enforcement failed to investigate further.
“This document details alarming allegations related to the 2020 U.S. election,” Patel said. He credited Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley for pressing the bureau to finally make the report public.
Grassley’s team will now dig deeper into the substance of the claims, and FBI officials, including Wray, may face subpoenas. House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan has already suggested that Wray, though no longer in charge, isn’t off the hook. “Just because he’s out doesn’t mean we’re done,” Jordan stated.
One of the more stunning aspects of the report is its description of how the intel was shelved after receiving preliminary corroboration. Instead of pursuing the matter, FBI officials dismissed it—claiming the source required re-interviewing. But no follow-up was ever made.
The report’s core allegation is damning: that the CCP orchestrated a plan to inject fake ballots into the U.S. mail-in system using counterfeit IDs. If true, this would be one of the most direct forms of foreign election interference in U.S. history.
It’s not hard to see the implications. The intelligence lines up with years of grassroots concern over mail-in voting vulnerabilities and state-level efforts to allow non-citizens to obtain driver’s licenses. Combined with Democrat-backed “motor-voter” laws, the groundwork for manipulation may have been laid long before the ballots were counted.
Now, Americans who raised red flags—figures like President Trump and Mike Lindell—look far less like conspiracy theorists and more like whistleblowers.
As of now, only a handful of lawmakers have seen the full report. But if the findings are verified and publicly confirmed, they will put enormous pressure on the Biden administration and legacy media outlets that categorically dismissed any suggestion of 2020 election fraud.
With top Senate investigators now in possession of hard evidence and the FBI on the record, this could be the moment accountability begins.
The truth is coming out—and it’s worse than they wanted you to believe.
